Coyote Skull

A study of a skull I finally finished... I have one sitting on my desk which I used for reference. Rendering was done in Marmoset 3, such a fantastic program!

I attached an image of a bunch of maps I generated with photoshop filters and NDO to help texture. I think I used most of them as masks and soft overlays. All the textures are procedural in Painter, but I did handpaint the gradients on the teeth and the sutures in the skull. Retopo in Maya, with some zremesh for the zygo arch and teeth.
